报告题目 ：Multipliers in Sobolev spaces and their applications in the theory of differential operators

报告摘要：We will show that the description of the Bessel potential spaces of multipliers plays an important role in solving the problem, which was raised up by L. Faddev, F. Berezin and R. Minlos. The problem is connected with correct definition of elliptic operators with distribution coefficients. The talk is based on the joint papers with Alexey A. Belyaev.

A. A. Shkalikov 教授简介

A.A.Shkalikov 教授现于莫斯科国立大学任教，任函数理论和泛函分析主席，任“算子模型和谱分析”实验室主任。1972年，本科毕业于莫斯科国立大学力学与数学系；于1977年获得莫斯科国立大学泛函分析博士学位；于1987年获得莫斯科国立大学泛函分析第二博士学位。于1983年获得莫斯科青年科学家奖，并于2001年获得罗蒙诺索夫第一学位奖。

A.A.Shkalikov教授在微分算子理论中的奇异（分布）系数、算子矩阵理论、逆Sturm-Liouville问题、Kerin空间中的算子理论、在非自伴Sturm-Liouville问题的拟经典逼近中、关于粘性液体稳定性的Sobolev问题等方面做出了杰出的工作。在Mat. Zametki、Math. Notes、Amer. Math. Soc. Transl. Ser.、Proc. Steklov Inst. Math.等国际重要学术期刊上发表论文120余篇。
