报告题目：Localized damping and unique continuation inequalities

报告摘要：In this talk we shall first review some progresses on the attractor theory of nonlinear evolution with localized damping. The localized damping will bring some new difficulties. In particular, it is even not a trivial to obtain the existence of an absorbing set. To overcome this obstacle, we need to establish some inequalities to connect the energy between different areas, often called unique continuation inequalities. We shall report our recent result on the topic for the free heat equation and the Schr ̈odinger equation.

报告人简介

王明, 中国地质大学 (武汉) 数理学院特聘副教授. 研究领域为: 定理唯一延拓性, 色散与耗散偏微分方程的适定性与不适定性, 无穷维动力系统, 高阶薛定谔算子的相关问题. 迄今为止已发表 SCI 论文 19 篇, 其中包括 Journal of the European Mathematical Society (JEMS) 等著名杂志. 已经主持相关项目包括国家自然科学基金青年基金 6 个以上。
